Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient position located in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services within a healthcare facility. The position requires delivering therapeutic evaluations and treatments to adult patients in an acute care environment, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, inpatient rehabilitation experience, location in or willingness to commute to Dallas, Texas, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU and wound care experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates should demonstrate a positive, collaborative, and proactive communication style. The unit typically has 899 beds with an acute care team requiring additional staffing to meet patient care demands. The unit utilizes Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) and maintains policies such as dress code restrictions, including no fake nails, dips, or gels. Weekend and holiday rotations are part of the schedule.
