Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray procedures is sought in Palo Alto, California. This role involves performing various radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures under general supervision. Job Details:
- Location: Palo Alto, California
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensure and Certification: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Basic Life Support (BLS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-RTR), Rad Tech Fluoroscopy (RTF). Education: Completion of relevant radiologic technology program. Experience: Minimum of 0 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, imaging techniques, and radiation safety; ability to troubleshoot imaging and PACS systems; effective communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
- Additional Information: The technologist will assist radiologists during procedures, ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines, prepare patients and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in staff training and patient preparation activities.
