Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Technologist, INTRA CL located in the specified area, this role involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under general supervision. The technologist will operate imaging equipment, assist radiologists, and ensure quality imaging protocols in a healthcare provider setting.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ARRT-RTR (Registered Technologist in Radiography), RTF (Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy), 1 year of experience, and ability to work in the specified location.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Job Responsibilities: Assist radiologists during procedures, ensure proper darkroom techniques, follow radiation safety guidelines 'ALARA,' operate imaging and fluoroscopic equipment, prepare patients, troubleshoot and report equipment issues, and ensure adherence to departmental protocols.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to effectively communicate, establish relationships with diverse groups, troubleshoot RIS, PACS, and x-ray equipment, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, imaging techniques, and radiation safety.
