Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient position in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. This role involves providing inpatient therapy services within a healthcare facility. The position offers a standard schedule with a focus on patient care in an acute care setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program; current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist; current Basic Life Support/Healthcare Provider credential. All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission and throughout the initial contract.
• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient or acute care setting prior to any travel assignments. Experience in comparable size or type medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) is highly preferred. Experience in hand occupational therapy and neuro conditions is preferred.
• Additional Information: Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to submit all required documents on time will delay or cancel the assignment. Submission must include a current NURSYS report. If a registered nurse is not needed on the unit, the therapist may be assigned to roles such as nursing assistant or safety sitter, and it is expected they will fulfill such roles.
