Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Hackensack, New Jersey. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring a safe and effective return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR Certification, active and applicable license for New Jersey, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of prior assignments with your agency or with the organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans focused on patient progression towards discharge within established time frames. Ensures documentation is accurate, timely, and complies with all regulations. Participates in student mentorship and maintains professional licensure and development. Adheres to regulatory and organizational standards for safety and quality improvement initiatives.
