Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Minnesota. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with your agency or organization is highly desired; experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment plans, documents in medical records efficiently, and ensures care aligns with signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student programs, maintains licensure and professional development, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
