Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position in Buckeye, Arizona. The role involves providing therapy services within an outpatient setting, following organizational policies and clinical protocols. The assignment requires active licensure and compliance with credentialing requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum of 13 years of experience; location in Arizona; reputable background in outpatient physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must complete some documentations directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment. The position begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/26/2026. Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. No float rotation is required. Credentialing requirements include contract QA. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Dress code and parking will be provided on the first day.
