Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Buckeye, Arizona. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on patient care and documentation, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards. The position offers a schedule of days shifts, with a focus on delivering quality care in a supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license, 13 years of experience, and current state licensing requirements must be met
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Location: 21250 Roosevelt Street, Buckeye, AZ 85326
• Credentialing Requirements: Candidates must provide proof of license application within five business days of booking; license must be active at start date
• Additional Information: Candidates will need to complete some documentation directly with the organization outside of the Ameican Nurses Credentialing Center (AMN) clearance process before being cleared to start. This position requires licensure and adherence to operational protocols. No float rotation is required. Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
• Note: Candidates with recent perm/PRN work at the organization or previous traveler/perm/PRN experience more than a year ago should consult with designated contacts for eligibility.
