- Required Qualifications: Certification as a licensed Physical Therapist, any applicable state licensure, and 0 or more years of experience in healthcare settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is preferred.
- Additional Information: This position involves a split schedule with facilities known as Village Health & Rehab, Discovery, and Riverside. The assignment starts as soon as possible and requires working a 14-day cancel with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
