Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position available in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role involves providing diagnostic imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026, with scheduled rotating shifts. Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, with hours totaling approximately 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, Iowa state license or eligibility to apply for one, active American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 15 months of recent X-Ray experience in a clinical or hospital setting, and a current or recent professional reference within 24 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: IA radiology license highly preferred, experience with Phillips diagnostic equipment, Carestream portables, GE OEC C-arm, Siemens Cysto equipment, fluoro procedures, and operating room competency.
• Additional Information:
  • Call rotation required with a 1.5x multiplier and a 2-hour minimum for callback.
  • Holiday work may be required on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day unless the unit is closed.
  • Employment policies do not permit previous employees of the organizations float pool or FTE staff to work travel assignments within the same market if they have worked in another market within the past 12 months.
  • The assignment may involve working with equipment such as Hologic breast machines, Phillips portable units, Siemens Cysto, Toshiba Fluoro, and GE OEC c-arms.
  • This position is open to first-time travelers with at least 24 months of current X-Ray experience.
  • Submission requirements include a professional reference, drivers license, and documentation of certification and licensure.
