Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient position located in Brandon, Florida. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring optimal patient recovery and functional performance. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school; hand therapy experience; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid state licensure; ability to work in the United States; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient hand therapy.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, creates individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation complies with all regulatory standards. Participates in student training programs and pursues ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to organizational and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement and patient safety.
