Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Pediatrics in Apple Valley, California. This outpatient position involves providing pediatric therapy services, primarily focusing on developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and orthopedic injuries within a full-service outpatient clinic. The role requires proficiency in outpatient therapy services, assessments, and independent practice.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, M-F, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy, California state license, minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric therapy experience, current BLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric home health or outpatient settings, proficiency with the PDMS-2 assessment tool, experience in acute care is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required into the acute hospital if outpatient census is low
• Additional Information: Must be proficient and independent in outpatient services including assessments, evaluations, and plan of care. Pediatric therapy experience with developmental delays, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and orthopedic injuries preferred. Must be able to work independently with assessments and documentation. The facility operates a small, hospital-based outpatient clinic with interdisciplinary support. Candidate must have a CA license in hand and be willing to work within a 50-mile radius. Must work 3 of the 5 specified holidays and adhere to RTO policies. References covering the past year are required, and candidates must respond to specific pre-submission questions regarding previous work at a provider facility and fire safety certification.
