Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Worthington, Minnesota. This outpatient position involves evaluating and treating a variety of outpatients within a clinical setting. The role includes initial orientation to the department and the opportunity to start seeing patients within the first few days of employment, with schedule aligned to weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Details:

• Location: Worthington, Minnesota
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no holidays and no weekends
• Required Qualifications: CPR certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; valid license to submit; current BLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient setting experience is preferred but not required
• Additional Information:
  • Floating to over units/departments may be required
  • Scrubs: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual attire
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/departments includes computerized charting systems such as EPIC
  • Orientation will occur during the first week; therapist expected to see patients within the first few days
  • Cancellation policy allows clients to cancel up to 12 hours in advance every 13 weeks
