Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in the area. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients within a Level 3 NICU and ICU setting. The role requires flexibility to float between departments and operate within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details

• Certifications and Qualifications: WA licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) in hand, with at least 1 year of experience in adult critical care, neonatal, or pediatric settings. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, and RRT.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Experience with Level 3 NICU, Level 2 Adult ICU settings, and NICU III or IV level experience is a hard requirement. Candidates must be flexible to float between units and departments.
• Responsibilities: Provide high-quality respiratory care, including intubation assistance, ventilator management, ABG analysis, high flow oxygen therapy, and tracheostomy care. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior work at Providence facilities and supply two references covering the last three years, with at least one year of consistent experience. An emphasis is placed on flexibility to work holidays and the ability to float.
