Job Summary:
The Tucson, Arizona area is hiring a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist. This role involves performing specialized radiographic procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, following established policies and protocols to ensure optimal patient care. The position requires the application of technical skills to produce high-quality images while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program; national certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable; BLS certification; clinical knowledge typically achieved with 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: Performs prescribed radiographic procedures under the guidance of medical staff, educates patients/families about procedures, produces high-quality images, and maintains accurate documentation. Demonstrates competence in performing invasive/interventional procedures, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and troubleshooting equipment. Maintains a safe environment and adheres to radiation safety policies. Supports the workflow of the department and may supervise students or support staff as needed.
