Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) position available in Denton, Texas. This role involves providing rehabilitative services in a busy hospital setting, focusing on mobility and activities of daily living. The position offers an opportunity for qualified professionals to work a consistent day shift and contribute to patient recovery in a level II trauma center.
Job Details:
- Position: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient)
- Location: Denton, Texas
- Shift: Days, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026
- Required Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas; no minimum years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex trauma and neuro patients.
- Unit Information:
- Number of beds: 205
- Level II trauma center
- Staff: 20 PTs, 12 OTs
- Equipment: Standard rehab equipment
- EMR System: Meditech
- Typical Procedures: Standard mobility and activities of daily living (ADL) focus
- Personality Fit: High level of accountability and autonomous ability
- Additional Notes: Will cover all areas of the hospital, including weekend shifts on Saturdays or Sundays each week.
