Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in ROLLA, Missouri. This role involves evaluating posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and independence. The Physical Therapist will lead and direct the delivery of outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies, ensuring comprehensive and quality care to patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted license in the therapy discipline in the state of Missouri; valid driver's license; knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Preferred Qualifications: One year of physical therapy experience, with long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires a current Physical Therapy license and at least one year of experience in a similar setting. No on-call responsibilities.
