Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in LOVELAND, Colorado. The role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. The therapist will perform treatments, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in professional development activities. The position supports the organization's mission of delivering superior quality care while emphasizing safety and patient-centered treatment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; ability to complete an assignment with the agency previously is highly desired; experience of at least 6 months is highly desired; minimum of 0 years experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or Select Medical preferred
• Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation, and adhere to all relevant state practice acts and licensing requirements. Participation in student programs and professional development activities is expected. Emphasis is placed on safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
