Job Summary:
Outpatient Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Amarillo, TX. This full-time role involves delivering individualized therapy to children with various developmental and communication disorders. The position emphasizes evidence-based, child-centered care that fosters communication skills, social interaction, and developmental milestones, all within a collaborative team environment focused on supporting families.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure, CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills, passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs, commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, feeding, or oral-motor difficulties.
• Additional Information: The role primarily involves conducting evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, partnering with families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Documentation will be supported by Scribe AI and the Raintree EMR platform. The caseload typically includes approximately 10-12 patient visits daily.
