Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist for a facility located in Gastonia, North Carolina. This role involves performing specialized procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab, supporting patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, and floating as needed to pre- and post-cardiac units.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Radiologic Technology or Cardiac Cath Lab Technician credentials, current state licensure if applicable, and at least 0 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac procedures, strong clinical skills in cardiovascular interventions, and ability to float to various cardiac units as needed.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves on-call duties every 5th weekend and one weekday per week, with responsibilities including patient preparation, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the interventions. Candidates must be adaptable to clinical operational needs and maintain high standards of patient care.
