Job Summary:
This inpatient pharmacist position is located in a rural setting within New Hampshire. The role involves supporting various hospital units, including ICU, Laboratory, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. The pharmacist will work independently during weekends and weekdays, providing essential medication management and clinical support.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends (every third weekend), Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current New Hampshire State Pharmacist License; minimum 2 years of recent hospital experience, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years total experience. Experience in Critical Access Hospitals highly preferred. Previous hospital experience required. Must be willing and able to work independently on weekends.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Access Hospital experience, previous travel experience, Meditech electronic medical record system, and Omnicell medication management system familiarity highly preferred.
• Profile Requirements: Work history with pharmacist skills checklist completed, supervisory reference from the past year, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and all licenses and certificates must be current at the time of submission. Permanent address must be included in the submission file.
• Additional Information: Housing may be a challenge due to the rural location; candidates should coordinate housing arrangements prior to submitting or during the interview process.
