Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BS in Physical Therapy; valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire, or an unencumbered compact license; one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a home healthcare setting
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, communicate with interdisciplinary team members, document evaluations and goals, and educate patients and their families on therapies and procedures.
