Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo in Marysville, California. This position involves performing echocardiography procedures to assess cardiac function, collaborating closely with cardiologists, and evaluating imaging results to aid in diagnosis. The role requires technical expertise in cardiac ultrasound and patient care within a hospital or clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors), currently certified or eligible to be certified as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Echocardiography (ECG) certification is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. Facility-specific certification includes BLS certification.
• Essential Functions: Sets up ultrasound equipment, prepares patients by positioning and applying gels, attaches electrodes to the chest, and documents cardiac data. Performs echocardiography on treadmill patients to assess heart function, maintains equipment, reviews patient schedules, and enters patient information into appropriate systems. Ensures patient confidentiality and maintains up-to-date knowledge through professional development activities.
• Additional Information: The position requires 1 year of hospital or clinical experience and EPIC system experience. Candidates must have CCI or ARDMS certification.
