Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Oklahoma. This role involves evaluating and developing individualized care plans for patients with cognitive and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) physical functioning disorders. The occupational therapist will utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments aligned with regulatory standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist license; 1+ years of occupational therapy experience; LTC or rehab experience; skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 reference at the time of submission; must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected.
