Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient rehabilitation is sought for a position at a healthcare facility located in Oklahoma City. This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients recovering from conditions such as strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. The position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized environment designed to promote recovery outside of a traditional hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, applicable certifications as required, minimum of 1 year of experience working with adult and geriatric populations, including neuro and orthopedic treatments.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro-rehabilitation, orthopedic therapy, or similar specialties is preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: The role involves utilizing standard rehabilitation equipment including high-tech therapy devices such as the InMotion Robotic Arm, real virtual reality systems, and other standard rehabilitation tools. The inpatient unit has 36 beds with a patient therapist ratio of 6:1. Therapists are expected to report at 8 a.m. and may be asked to cover a 9-hour shift. Scrub color is black, and parking is available in designated non-physician, non-handicap spaces.
