Job Details

• Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts
• Position: Physical Therapist (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist, Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, at least 2 years of experience in SNF settings, willing to start on 09/07/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post-acute care and elderly patient populations, familiarity with productivity expectations at 90% within the facility
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role entails delivering skilled therapeutic services, adhering to facility policies, and working collaboratively with staff to meet patient care goals. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
