Job Summary:
Interventional Technologist - Vascular at a healthcare organization in Pittsburgh, PA. This position involves providing vascular and neuro interventional radiology services under the supervision of clinical staff, adhering to established protocols in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with medical teams and flexibility within the assigned schedule to deliver quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, with shifts varying from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm or 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. Shift hours may include call shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Experience in neuro interventional radiology preferred. Certifications include American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography Certification (R) and Vascular Interventional Radiography Certification (VI). Candidates must have a minimum of 0 years of experience, but 3 years are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neuro interventional radiology.
- Call and Weekend Responsibilities: Weeknight call shifts and weekend call shifts require a response time of 30 minutes. Call-back period is two hours.
- Additional Information: The position involves offsite parking with a fee of $40 per month, with shuttle service available. On-call staff may park on-site. Scrubs are provided by the facility. The minimum weekly hours are 40.
- Experience: 0+ years (recommended 3+ years) in Interventional Radiology.
