Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is available in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves supporting the cardiac catheterization lab's operations, working closely with a team of medical professionals to provide quality cardiovascular care. The position offers a dynamic environment within a specialized cardiac facility focused on advanced cardiovascular procedures and patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience with Impella, laser, Shockwave, Phillips imaging systems, and merge hemo experience preferred; minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience; location in Birmingham, Alabama
- Preferred Qualifications: Merge hemo experience; demonstrated team player with flexibility, initiative, accountability, and timeliness; professional attire adhering to CMS and facility standards
- Additional Information: This role involves working with cardiac patients in a fast-paced environment that includes diverse cardiovascular procedures. The position emphasizes a team-oriented approach and requires candidates to be flexible and proactive in patient care and workflow management.
