Job Summary:
The location is in Seattle, Washington. The organization seeks a qualified X-ray Technologist for a night shift position. The role involves performing a variety of radiologic imaging procedures in a hospital environment, with a focus on in-house and emergency room exams. The position requires adherence to clinical protocols and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in all X-ray procedures and surgery running c-arms; WA license in hand; Certifications include ARRT R and BLS.
- Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience, LTAC experience, trauma level II experience.
- Skills: Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright, AC joints, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Ankle, Barium Swallow/Esophagus, Bedside/Portable Procedures, C-Arm procedure, Calcaneus, Cervical Spine, Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Clavicle, Contrast Enema, Elbow, Emergency Department, ERCP, Facial bones, Femur, Foot, Forearm, GE, Hand, Hip, Humerus, ICU, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Knee, Lumbar Spine, NICU, Operating Room, Orbits, PACS, Paranasal sinuses, Patella, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient, Pelvis, Philips, PICU, Portable abdomen, Portable chest, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Sacrum and/or Coccyx, Scapula, Shoulder, Siemens, Skull, Temporomandibular joints, Thoracic Spine, Thumb or finger, Tibia-fibula, Toes, Toshiba, Trauma Cases, Trauma lower extremity, Trauma shoulder or Humerus, Trauma upper extremity, Upper Airway, Upper GI series, Wrist.
- Additional Information: The candidate will perform 17-20 exams per night, often alongside another technologist, with most work focused within the hospital and ER, including portable procedures. Flexibility to work voluntary on-call is appreciated but not required. The position requires commitment to holiday work and adherence to scheduling policies. Candidates must have a compact license in hand and meet the local radius requirement of 50 miles.
