Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

• Required Qualifications: State license in Wisconsin, NICU experience, at least 2 years of previous respiratory therapy experience, at least 1 travel contract completed, drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, required certifications, supervisory reference, proof of taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (acceptable documents include drivers license, utility bill, lease/rental agreement, mortgage statement, insurance statement, voter registration, bank statement, auto insurance, or tax return).
• Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience, NICU-specific certifications if applicable.
• Special Notes: Due to local traveler policy, proof of taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility is required, unless the candidate is local to Madison, Wisconsin, where a 10% rate reduction applies.
• Additional Information: The assignment involves providing respiratory care for pediatric patients in a NICU setting. Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required. Candidates should be prepared for quick interviews and ensure all documentation and licenses are up to date prior to start.
