Job Summary:
The location is in Medford, Oregon. The polysomnographer position involves providing sleep study services in a short-term acute care setting. The role requires flexibility to support sleep diagnostics across various units, with on-call and weekend coverage as specified. Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
  • Schedule: Block schedule; working 36 hours per week according to contracted hours
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and RPSGT; licensure in polysomnography; ability to work with adult and geriatric patient populations; at least 0 years of experience; valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Sleep Studies, PSG scoring, and respiratory equipment; experience in hospital or sleep-specific units; proficiency with Epic charting system; ability to work with adult and geriatric patients
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). All scheduling requests and RTO (release time off) must be requested upfront during application. Candidates should be prepared to float between nearby facilities if necessary. References covering a 1-year period are required; travelers' refusal to float may lead to contract termination.
