Job Summary
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Eureka, California. This role involves performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures and ensuring quality patient care in a healthcare facility. The position is structured for an experienced HCP to contribute to diagnostic imaging services and patient safety.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a compact license in hand at submission; at least 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist; experience with nuclear medicine procedures and related equipment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE, Siemens, or similar imaging equipment; familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Epic; prior community hospital or outpatient department experience preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to work at a facility located at 2700 Dolbeer Street, Eureka, CA. All scheduling requests and time off must be communicated upfront during submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be granted. Candidates will be expected to work 3 out of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). References covering 1 year are required, and candidates must have an active state license in hand at submission. Prior experience at a healthcare facility within the last 3 years is also necessary.
