Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OUTPATIENT) - The position is based in an outpatient care setting. The candidate will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services to facilitate patient recovery and functional independence. This role emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and adherence to clinical standards within a flexible schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where the work will be performed; outpatient experience; successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously (highly desired); successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously (nice to have); minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals aligned with discharge plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and providing supervision for student intern programs.
