Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, and at least 0 years of experience. The position is located in a facility that may require the candidate to work across various units as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting, familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), and CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Additional Information: The assignment runs from 08/17/2026 to 11/15/2026, with the possibility of extension based on facility needs and performance. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with facility standards.
