Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing quality physical therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting. The therapist will conduct detailed clinical assessments, develop comprehensive age-appropriate treatment plans, and perform accurate documentation, responding effectively to evolving patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy, State licensure in good standing, at least 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute experience, physical therapy license required, primary source online verification, current BLS certification, and crisis prevention team (TEAM) training within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification
• Additional Information: Must reside 100 miles away from the facility and be available to work every other weekend (most likely one weekend per month) and one holiday if needed. Candidates are expected to respond to work assignments, perform comprehensive patient evaluations, and develop appropriate treatment plans following physician referral. The position runs from 08/24/2026 to 11/21/2026.
