Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position is located at a short-term acute care facility. The role involves floating between units, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with a focus on providing respiratory therapy services in a Level II Trauma Center environment. The position offers nights shifts based on a 12-hour schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license with Washington license preferred, minimum of 0 years of experience, certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and RRT, with skills including aerosol setup, airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, and patient assessment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pediatrics, trauma, or a similar acute care setting, with familiarity with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between units, including Pediatric Emergency and Medical ICU.
• Additional Information: Position begins on 09/21/2026, with an end date of 12/21/2026. Orientation includes 36 hours of preparation. Candidates must be flexible to work scheduled holidays and potential weekend shifts. References covering the past three years are required.
