Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position available at a clinic in Illinois. This role involves providing outpatient orthopedic care to a diverse patient population, including post-operative, workers' compensation, and Medicare patients. The position offers a dynamic work environment suited for experienced clinicians seeking a collaborative team setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Illinois
• Schedule: Days shift; 5 days per week with 8-hour shifts. The schedule is open to discussion, with evening coverage required at least 2 nights per week. Structure options include 5x8s or 4x10s. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Prior outpatient orthopedic experience, 4 years of experience, proficiency with NextGen documentation system, and ability to manage 4850 patients weekly with 60-minute evaluation times. Must have at least 40 hours per week availability, with start date on 09/08/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not a new graduate; experienced clinicians preferred.
• Additional Information: Dress code is business casual. The clinic utilizes innovative AI technology that assists in generating compliant clinical documentation in real time, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. There is no float requirement, and the role has potential for a temporary-to-permanent transition, open for discussion.
