Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in an acute care setting. The role involves providing basic cardiopulmonary care to general patient populations under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor. The position requires proficiency with Epic electronic health record system and adherence to clinical and operational standards. The assignment is scheduled for nights with weekend shifts as scheduled, supporting a 12-hour shift rotation at a facility within a 50-mile radius.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential via the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); must be licensed and registered with the respiratory care board; at least 2 years of experience; experience using Epic electronic health record system; valid driver's license with an unexpired license, and willingness to wait for license submission

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position involves functioning under supervision, responsible for cardiopulmonary care, with responsibilities including advanced duties as assigned by the director or supervisor. All submissions must include a copy of the candidates unexpired drivers license.
