Job Summary:
Xray Technologist in a healthcare facility located in Washington. This position involves performing portable and department X-rays in a fast-paced hospital environment. The shift runs from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role requires working with a team of X-ray technologists and coordinating with in-house radiologists during specific hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington state Department of Health imaging license, ARRT registration, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, COVID vaccine required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in larger, fast-paced hospital settings; familiarity with GE, Siemens, Shimadzu imaging equipment; proficiency in McKesson PACs and EPIC electronic medical records system
• Additional Information: Department consists of 4 X-ray rooms, 4 portables, and 2 fluoroscopy rooms. Responsibilities include performing portable X-ray examinations, X-rays within the department and emergency department. The position involves working alongside other X-ray technologists with no solo duties during shifts. No IV start required, no float to other departments, and no on-site radiology??s. The role offers department-specific orientation, including two hours with the manager and two weeks with clinical staff.
