Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient) in a clinical outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe, effective care tailored to patient needs and goals. The position emphasizes clinical reasoning, documentation accuracy, patient and staff education, and adherence to professional and organizational standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; required minimum experience of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is preferred.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, and ensures care aligns with physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student supervision and professional development initiatives. Maintains licensure and adheres to state practice acts and organizational policies. Follows performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
