Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a General Ultrasonographer in the area. This position involves performing breast, vascular, and abdominal ultrasounds, including biopsies, in a large trauma and teaching hospital setting. The role requires working primarily during daytime hours, with occasional weekend work as needed, to cover an approximately 8-13 week assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Days shift, with a start date of 09/07/2026 and end date of 12/28/2026.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular imaging; a minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in a breast care center; experience performing breast biopsies; large hospital setting experience required; Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a breast care center and in performing breast biopsies.
• Additional Information: IVS to OFFER. Shifts include Monday to Sunday with no block scheduling. Bi-weekly orientations are scheduled on Mondays. All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained. Applicants must provide complete work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type.
• Additional Details: This role involves working in an urban area where public transportation is not accessible. Reliable transportation, with all-season or snow tires during November to April, is strongly recommended.
