Description
Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position located in Kenosha, WI. This role involves performing nuclear medicine procedures in a high-volume facility with a focus on general work, PET scans, and other advanced imaging. The position offers an engaging environment supporting inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients, with opportunities to work with GE equipment and electronic charting systems.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) with at least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine, ability to start IVs, proficiency with GE imaging equipment (any model), and experience with SPECT CT.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE 850, McKesson PACS, and Nu Trak systems; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Float: Potential to support Positron Emission Tomography (PET) procedures for staffing coverage.
- Orientation: 12 hours to learn the workflow and procedures.
- Scheduling: Involves weekend rotation with call only; one call shift per week with end of shift (EOS) until 0600 the following morning.
- Holiday Expectations: Call only, with potential to take one holiday per contract.
- Additional Information: Scrub color and parking are flexible, with free parking provided. The start date is 09/14/2026, and the assignment concludes on 12/12/2026.
