Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient position in the acute rehab unit, available in the designated location. This role involves establishing and implementing patient care plans, particularly for adult patients with diagnoses such as stroke, amputations, mild brain injury, debility, and fracture care. The assignment begins on 09/01/2026 and concludes on 11/30/2026, requiring a committed professional to support patient recovery efforts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: PT, licensure in the state, at least 2+ years of experience, competency in acute rehab and GG scoring
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stroke, amputations, mild brain injury, debility, and fracture care; strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and attention to detail
- Additional Information: The unit features equipment such as ceiling walking track, smart fit, hi-lo, bariatric bars, and utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system
