Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient in a home care setting. This full-time position involves evaluating, treating, and coordinating patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient-centered therapy with an average visit duration of over 60 minutes, promoting meaningful therapeutic interventions and collaboration with patients and their families. The position starts on 09/14/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027, offering a temporary opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold an unencumbered compact license. BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification program. Must have passed National Registration Exam. Experience in a home health setting preferred.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The Occupational Therapist will assess the patients functional ability, provide direct treatments, select therapeutic modalities, communicate with all members of the healthcare team, document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives, and teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures.
