Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; completion of at least one prior assignment with the agency or organization highly desired; previous employment with the organization preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student education, and adhering to all relevant regulatory and organizational standards.
