Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position available in a rehabilitation facility. This role involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services, with the ability to float between units as needed. The position requires active engagement in clinical care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to clinical protocols to support patient recovery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, beginning on 09/08/2026 and ending on 12/08/2026, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Qualifications: At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, current valid license (compact license preferred), BLS certification, and demonstrated skills in acute care, activities of daily living, biofeedback, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, TENS, ultrasound, arthritis program, hand injury, hip fracture and total hip replacement, soft tissue injuries, knee injuries and total knee replacement, above and below knee prosthetics, dynamic splints, functional splints, orthoplast, serial/inhibitory, static splints, and upper extremity prosthetics
• Preferred qualifications include inpatient or community hospital experience and familiarity with charting systems such as Epic
• The role involves working in a rehabilitation-focused environment with a patient population that may include various age groups and diagnoses
• Candidates should be prepared to work with interdisciplinary teams and follow clinical protocols including SOPs and safety procedures
• Must be willing to work during holidays with specific scheduling requests to be made upfront during submission
