Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in West Washington operating in a day shift. This role involves providing specialized outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient rehabilitation and functional improvement. The position requires active licensure and experience in outpatient settings to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy; location requirements as per license scope; and at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and familiarity with documentation procedures outside of standard clearance protocol.
• Additional Information: The start date is 09/14/2026, with an end date of 03/14/2027, and the assignment is expected to be between 13-26 weeks. Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
• Candidate must have an active license; those with recent permanent or PRN work history at the organization within the last year are not eligible to reapply.
