Job Details:

• Position Description: Physical Therapy Assistant at West WA Lakewood, supporting outpatient therapy services, with documentation requirements outside of the organization's clearance packet before being cleared to start.
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• End Date: 03/28/2027
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license; active equipment provided during interview; 1 year of experience; current certification and education as required by licensing board.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have a valid license, and equipment will be provided during the interview process. This assignment includes a 13- to 26-week commitment, with a completion bonus available for new contractors who sign through the end of September. Parking will be provided during the first day. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
