Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active license for the state where work will be performed; no new graduate status; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or as specified.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with outpatient therapy and comprehensive patient care.
- Additional Information: Candidates will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop progressive treatment plans, document medical records accurately and timely, and participate in student programs. Emphasis on adherence to state practice acts, organizational policies, and performance improvement initiatives. The assignment requires a commitment from 08/31/2026 to 11/30/2026.
