Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures within a busy imaging department. The position requires a commitment to patient care, equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols to support high-quality diagnostic services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Kansas license; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS); zero years of experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fluoroscopy, UGI, and defogram procedures; familiarity with GE, Siemens, and Phillips equipment.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a diagnostic radiology unit with 155 beds, utilizing electronic medical records systems such as Meditech and Mckesson. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in procedures listed above and adhere to dress code requirements, including scrub attire in any color.
