Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in a scenic region known for its outdoor recreation and vibrant community. Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; valid Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice; current Fluoroscopy license in CA within 6 months of hire; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy
• Preferred Qualifications: One year of catheterization experience
• Essential Functions:
  • Assists physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
  • Operates and maintains special procedure equipment, including C-Arm and angiographic injectors
  • Monitors, records, and evaluates patient vital signs during procedures
  • Ensures radiation safety standards through proper shielding and immobilization techniques
  • Maintains sterile techniques and adheres to infection control protocols
  • Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on cardiovascular imaging equipment
  • Supports the medical team during procedures involving catheterization and imaging
  • Completes documentation for procedures and maintains equipment and supply stock
  • Performs general office duties and disinfects equipment after each use
