Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Missouri. This position involves evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) physical functioning disorders, following all regulatory and clinical standards. The therapist will develop individualized care plans, perform various rehabilitative interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid OT license, 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience, LTC or rehab experience, Missouri state licensure
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include screening/evaluating patients, administering therapeutic procedures, adjusting treatments based on patient progress, documenting services in the electronic system, and participating in meetings and trainings. Supervisory support to occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students is expected. Compliance with NBCOT /AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards is required. The position commences on 09/21/2026 and concludes on 12/21/2026.
